As I reflect on the week I can't help but hold on to one of my favorite verses...in my Fathers House there are many mansions...life is tough! Juggling work, teens, young adults, finances etc. I believe in the afterlife and not everyone does and that's ok. But for me sometimes it's what I cling to because I get exhausted! Do you? But then when I watch #bbc last night and see this sweet pastor from Kenya who has flown into #asheville just to humbly, prayerfully thank the congregation at biltmore for teaching his village girls to sew instead of selling their bodies and equipped them with fresh drinking water I think wow! I'm tired?
Please enjoy our silly photos from our fun weekend! This past weekend we took a road trip for the day to see my baby #Adonai.
What fun at the #airtrampolines!

Here's some food for thought about heart health. How many people #die each minute of #heartattack? Which is better to eat three #Oreos or three Fig newtons? (Answers will be shared on next week blog) If you know the answer let us know and leave a #comment
I hope you all have another #blessed week, and as always I am truly #grateful for all the continued #love and #support! Big Love!
